3. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are subject to availability.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Unless expressly stated, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Event Booking Plus acts as a technology platform facilitating transactions between users and event organizers.

4. Event Cancellations & Modifications

Event organizers may cancel, reschedule, or modify events.

In such cases:

• Notifications will be sent via registered email.
• Refund eligibility is determined by the event organizer’s stated policy.

The Company is not responsible for event execution or organizer performance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Violate applicable federal or state laws
• Interfere with system security or performance
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated access methods without authorization

Unauthorized access attempts may result in legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, platform architecture, trademarks, logos, and designs are owned by Event Booking Plus or its licensors.

No rights are granted except limited, non-exclusive access for lawful use.

7. Privacy

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, including compliance with applicable U.S. laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for:

• Event cancellations
• Venue issues
• Organizer disputes
• Payment processor failures

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Event Booking Plus from claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable law
• Disputes with event organizers

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the jurisdiction where the Company operates. You waive participation in class actions where permitted by law.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
