3. Ticket Booking & Payments

• Tickets are subject to availability.
• Prices may change without notice.
• Full payment must be made at booking.
• Unless explicitly stated, tickets are non-refundable.

Event Booking Plus operates as an intermediary platform connecting users with event organizers.

4. Event Cancellation & Refunds

Event organizers may cancel or modify events.

Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by the organizer’s stated refund policy.

The Company is not liable for organizer performance or event outcomes.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful activities
• Violate applicable Indian laws
• Interfere with platform functionality
• Upload harmful code
• Use automated tools without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software are owned by Event Booking Plus or its licensors.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

• The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in dispute.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Event Booking Plus against claims arising from:

• Breach of these Terms
• Misuse of the platform
• Violation of law
• Disputes with event organizers

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
